The Jingle Bell Club is a non-profit organization with the sole purpose of bringing the Magic of Christmas to children who otherwise might not experience it! This will be the group’s 17th year bringing Christmas Joy to the children of College Heights Elementary School in East Bakersfield and Di Giorgio Elementary School in Arvin.
